The Brief
Our relationship with Darwen began when they bought out another customer of ours, one that was performing particularly well on search engines for their target phrases. Due to the good work we had done for this previous client, we were approached by Darwen and tasked with updating their brand, website and marketing as none of these had been looked at for a number of years. They had begun to lag behind their competition online.
To tackle these issues we developed a 3 step solution that we hoped would meet all of the client’s requirements and enable them to move their business forward.
Step 1 – Branding update
The clients branding was very out of date, so we set to work updating the company’s image, a new logo, new stationary, and basically a whole new brand identity followed!
Step 2 – Website Re-development
In addition to the branding, the client’s website was also very outdated, the design was basic and it didn’t work across mobile devices. Using the new updated branding as a starting point we designed and built a new website from the ground up – you can see it here
Step 3 – Digital & Search Engine Marketing
Finally to drive potential business to the new website we began a digital marketing campaign, using a mix of email marketing and search engine marketing. This enabled us to place our client right in front of their potential customers, exactly when they needed their services.
Below is a snippet from the client’s analytics platform, over the past 12 months their online traffic has gone up from 400 visitors a month to over 5000. These are the kinds of results we can generate.
